    Force Majeure:<\/b> In the event of an official airport closure or official hurricane warning in Quintana Roo that prevents travel, a credit voucher will be issued to reschedule your stay within the next 12 months.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Maximum occupancy is strictly limited based on the specific property type reserved. No unregistered external visitors or extra guests are allowed on the premises at any time:<\/p>\n

        Standard Studios with Sofa Bed \/ <\/b> Maximum 4 guests<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Units with Sofa Bed \/ 1-Bedroom Units:<\/b> Maximum 4 guests<\/b> total.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • Units with Sofa Bed \/ 2-Bedroom Units:<\/b> Maximum 6 guests<\/b> total.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Quiet Hours & Noise:<\/b> Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM<\/b>. Parties, events, or loud music are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction from the property by building security or management, with no right to a refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          No Smoking \/ No Vapes \/ No Pets:<\/b> This is a strictly smoke-free and pet-free property. A automatic deep-cleaning fee of $150 USD<\/b> will be charged if any signs or odors of smoking, vaping, or pets are detected inside the studio.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          AC & Energy Efficiency:<\/b> Please help us care for the environment and the property’s equipment.
